Ferroelectricity in Antiferromagnetic Wurtzite Nitrides
We establish MnSiN2${\rm MnSiN}_2$ and MnGeN2${\rm MnGeN}_2$ as aristotypes of a new multiferroic wurtzite family that simultaneously exhibits ferroelectricity and antiferromagnetism with altermagnetic spin splitting. By strategically substituting alkaline‐earth metals, we predict new materials with coexisting switchable polarization, spin texture, and

Moduli spaces in CFT: large charge operators
Using the large-charge expansion, we prove a necessary condition for a CFT to exhibit conformal symmetry breaking, under the assumption that a continuous global symmetry is also broken on the moduli space: there must be a tower of charged local operators

Projection operator techniques in Lagrangian mechanics: symmetrically coupled oscillators
We apply projection operator techniques to the computation of the natural frequencies of oscillation for three symmetrically coupled mechanical systems.

Two-spinors and Symmetry Operators
This thesis employs spinor techniques to find what conditions a curved spacetime must satisfy for there to exist a second order symmetry operator for the massive Dirac equation.

In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

To gauge or to double gauge? Matrix models, global symmetry, and black hole cohomologies
We study the structure of the Hilbert space of gauged matrix models with a global symmetry. In the first part of the paper, we focus on bosonic matrix models with U(2) gauge group and SO(d) global symmetry, and consider singlets under both the gauge and ...

Optoelectronic synaptic devices based on solution‐processed molecular telluride GST‐225 phase‐change inks are demonstrated for three‐factor learning. A global optical signal broadcast through a silicon waveguide induces non‐volatile conductance updates exclusively in locally electrically flagged memristors.

Within the framework of Becchi-Rouet-Stora-Tyutin (BRST) formalism, we show the existence of i) a couple of off-shell nilpotent (i.e., fermionic) BRST and co-BRST symmetry transformations, and ii) a full set of non-nilpotent (i.e., bosonic) symmetry ...

Omnipolar Magnetic Field Detection by Superlattice‐Based Hall Sensor
Magnetic‐field‐induced electronic switching is demonstrated in unit‐cell‐engineered La0.7Sr0.3MnO3–BiFeO3 superlattices. Distinct substrate terminations modify magnetic and transport properties. Hall resistance measurements show omnipolar, hysteretic anomalous Hall switching above the Curie temperature, arising from Fe─Mn interfacial exchange, enabling

Redundancy channels in the conformal bootstrap
A method for obstructing symmetry enhancement in numerical conformal bootstrap calculations is proposed. Symmetry enhancement refers to situations where bootstrap studies initialised with a certain symmetry end up allowing theories with higher symmetry ...
