ABSTRACT Hypoparathyroidism, sensorineural deafness, and renal dysplasia (HDR) syndrome is caused by pathogenic variants in the GATA3 gene located on chromosome 10p14. Here we present a 10‐year‐old girl with HDR syndrome who also has oligoarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA).

This study revealed that 7‐demethylsuberosin exhibits immunosuppressive effects both in vivo and in vitro. Furthermore, it inhibits the phosphorylation of MAPK14 by targeting it, thereby modulating dendritic cell (DC) maturation and function and reducing inflammation across various in vivo models.

Hyperuricaemia is a chronic metabolic disorder arising from impaired purine metabolism, exhibiting marked gender disparities in its prevalence. Daidzein, possessing oestrogen‐like effects, promotes uric acid excretion and improves hepatic and renal function, thereby presenting potential utility as an adjunctive therapeutic agent for hyperuricaemia ...

Effects of Overload on Imiquimod‐Induced Psoriasis Model Mice: A Basic Experimental Study
ABSTRACT Background and Aim Psoriasis is a skin disorder complicated by arthritis and enthesitis. The cytokines interleukin (IL)‐17, IL‐23, and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)‐α are reportedly key effectors of psoriasis. Additionally, gamma delta (γδ) T cells exacerbate inflammation by producing inflammatory cytokines such as IL‐17 and TNF‐α.

ABSTRACT Rotator cuff tear (RCT) is a prevalent age‐related condition whose underlying mechanisms remain poorly understood. This study employed spatial transcriptomics and multiplex immunofluorescence (mIF) to investigate gene expression and spatial heterogeneity in rotator cuff tissues from elderly RCT patients compared to age‐matched controls, aiming

Abstract Purpose Treating large cartilage lesions in the knee remains a challenge. While matrix‐associated autologous chondrocyte implantation (MACI) is the gold standard for medium to large lesions, the minced cartilage technique has shown promise in smaller defects. Enhancing this technique with biomaterials has been suggested for larger lesions, but
