Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

On a multidimensional close-to-cyclic system of difference equations
This paper investigates the solvability and dynamic properties of the following multidimensional close-to-cyclic system of nonlinear difference equations yn+1 (i)=aiyn (i+1) (y n−k (i+1))pi+1+b i (yn−k+1 (i))pi;n∈ℕ0,yn (i+k)=yn (i),pi+k=pi,ai+k=ai,bi+

On a system of difference equations of third order solved in closed form
In this work, we show that the system of difference equations xn+1=(ayn-2xn-1yn+bxn-1yn-2+cyn-2+d)/(yn-2xn-1yn), yn+1=(axn-2yn-1xn+byn-1xn-2+cxn-2+d)/(xn-2yn-1xn), where n belongs to the set of positive integer numbers, x-2, x-1, x0, y-2, y-1 and y0 are ...

We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve

On a System of Two High-Order Nonlinear Difference Equations
This paper is concerned with dynamics of the solution to the system of two high-order nonlinear difference equations xn+1=xn-k/(q+∏i=0kyn-i), yn+1=yn-k/(p+∏i=0kxn-i), k∈N+, n=0,1,…, where p,q∈(0,∞), x-i∈(0,∞), y-i∈(0,∞) and i=0,1,…,k.

Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.
