Detection of LFM Radar Signals and Chirp Rate Estimation Based on Time-Frequency Rate Distribution
Linear frequency-modulated (LFM) signals are the most significant example of waveform used in low probability of intercept (LPI) radars, synthetic aperture radars and modern communication systems.

[For part I see Bull. Soc. Math.

Hermitian Forms and Systems of Quadratic Forms
We associate to every symmetric (antisymmetric) Hermitian form a system of quadratic forms over the base field which determines its isotropy and metabolicity behaviour. It is shown that two even Hermitian forms are isometric if and only if their associated systems are equivalent.

Asymptotic SER and Outage Probability of MIMO MRC in Correlated Fading [PDF]
This letter derives the asymptotic symbol error rate (SER) and outage probability of multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) maximum ratio combining (MRC) systems. We consider Rayleigh fading channels with both transmit and receive spatial correlation. Our

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

A quadratic approximation of AC power flows in transformed polar coordinates
A mathematical model is the backbone of any computer-aided simulation. In electrical power systems, the well-known AC power flow equations provide the foundation for deriving various mathematical models.

Complex dynamics of a sub-quadratic Lorenz-like system
Motivated by the generic dynamical property of most quadratic Lorenz-type systems that the unstable manifolds of the origin tending to the stable manifold of nontrivial symmetrical equilibria forms a pair of heteroclinic orbits, this technical note ...

A Q‐Learning Algorithm to Solve the Two‐Player Zero‐Sum Game Problem for Nonlinear Systems
A Q‐learning algorithm to solve the two‐player zero‐sum game problem for nonlinear systems. ABSTRACT This paper deals with the two‐player zero‐sum game problem, which is a bounded L2$$ {L}_2 $$‐gain robust control problem. Finding an analytical solution to the complex Hamilton‐Jacobi‐Issacs (HJI) equation is a challenging task.

This paper has involved the use of a variety of variations of the Fermat-type equation $f^n(z)+g^n(z)=1$, where $n(\geq 2)\in\mathbb{N}$. Many researchers have demonstrated a keen interest to investigate the Fermat-type equations for entire and ...
