肾细胞癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群动态分析

目的探讨肾细胞癌患者手术治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化特征,为了解病情、判断预后提供免疫学依据。方法应用三色荧光素标记CD4、CD8、CD3的单克隆抗体,对外周血淋巴细胞进行标记后,应用流式细胞仪进行检测分析。结果肾细胞癌患者CD3+、CD4+T细胞明显低于正常对照组,CD8+T细胞明显高于正常对照组,CD4/CD8比值倒置;肾细胞癌患者手术后CD3+、CD4+T细胞较术前明显升高,CD4/CD8比值恢复正常。结论肾细胞癌患者T淋巴细胞百分率异常,存在细胞免疫功能紊乱现象;手术后有效去除瘤负荷 ...
