Risk Factors Influencing Survival in T-Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma and T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. [PDF]
Background T‐cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T‐LBL) is a rare non‐Hodgkin lymphoma. The World Health Organization defines T‐LBL and T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) as the same entity.

Genomic landscape of T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. [PDF]
T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) is an aggressive neoplasm of precursor T cells, however, detailed genome-wide sequencing of large T-LBL cohorts has not been performed due to its rarity. The purpose of this study was to identify putative driver genes in T-LBL.To gain insight into the genetic mechanisms of T-LBL development, we performed whole ...

T-cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma Presenting as a Pituitary Mass. [PDF]
Abstract Primary pituitary T-lymphoblastic lymphoma is a rare clinical entity. A 45-year-old woman presented with headache, left-eye blurry vision, diplopia, ophthalmoplegia, and ptosis. Magnetic resonance imaging of the brain showed a sellar mass most likely consistent with a pituitary macroadenoma.

Concurrent epithelial thymoma and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. [PDF]
The occurrence of an epithelial thymoma concomitant with a primary thymic T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma is rare. This paper describes the case of a patient with a synchronous epithelial thymoma and thymic T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma, characterized by a rapidly fatal clinical course. A review of the literature is reported.

A Rare Case of T-cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma: A Diagnostic Predicament. [PDF]
Lymphomas are the malignant neoplasms of lymphocytes and their precursor cells. Their diagnosis can sometimes be difficult due to their similarity to various other entities. A 10-year-old female reported swelling on the right side of the upper jaw for a month which was associated with mild continuous pain.

Relapsed childhood T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia and lymphoblastic lymphoma
While outcomes for pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and lymphoblastic lymphoma (LBL) have improved dramatically in recent decades, relapsed and refractory disease remain a significant therapeutic challenge.
