Lineage switch from lymphoma to myeloid neoplasms: First case series from a single institution

open access: yesOpen Medicine, 2022
Lymphoma relapse is very common in clinical work, but lineage switch at relapse is rare. Although some cases have reported acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) switch to acute myeloid leukemia (AML) or myeloid sarcoma upon relapse, phenotype switch seldom ...

Genetic Ablation and Multi‐Omics Profiling Reveal CEP55 as a Key Driver of Tumorigenesis in Diverse Cancer Models

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Genetic ablation of Cep55 in Pten‐deficient mouse models delays tumorigenesis. Integrated multi‐omics analyses (proteomics, phosphoproteomics, and spatial transcriptomics) reveal that CEP55 regulates oncogenic signaling (RAS/ERK, PI3K/AKT), integrin/FAK‐mediated adhesion, extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling, and endocytosis.

A Rare Entity in the Lumbar Epidural Region: T-Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma

open access: yes, 2021
Background: T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma is a rare disease and an aggressive neoplasm of precursor lymphoblasts. We present a case of lumbar epidural T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma which appeared with clinical features of epidural spinal cord ...

Autologous stem cell transplantation for malignancy: a systematic review of the literature

open access: yes, 2000
A systematic review of the literature was undertaken to assess what published evidence is currently available to support the increasing use of autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT), and to evaluate the published data with regard to the comparative ...

Lymphoblastic lymphoma presenting as soft-tissue swelling – A single-center experience

open access: yesIraqi Journal of Hematology
BACKGROUND: Lymphoblastic lymphomas (LBL) are a rare, aggressive type of non-Hodgkin lymphomas and constitute 2% of all lymphomas. It is classified as T-lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) and B lymphoblastic lymphoma (B-LBL) and resembles acute lymphoblastic

Primary Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma: Case Report and Literature Review

open access: yesCase Reports in Hematology, 2019
Cutaneous involvement by precursor T-cell lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (T-ALL/LBL) is rare, and almost all cases are seen in association with bone marrow, blood, and/or lymph node involvement.

Successful therapy of convoluted T-lymphoblastic lymphoma in the adult [PDF]

open access: yesBlood, 1983
Abstract Fifteen adult patients with biopsy-proven convoluted T-lymphoblastic lymphoma were treated with an aggressive regimen, modified from the LSA2-L2 protocol used for childhood lymphoma. The treatment schema consisted of induction phase, including cyclophosphamide, vincristine, prednisone, adriamycin, and 2000 rads to mediastinum ...

A Multi‐Targeting Chimeric Antigen Receptor‐T Cell Platform to Overcome Antigen Heterogeneity in the Treatment of Non‐Small Cell Lung Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A dual‐transmembrane Bicephali CAR‐T platform simultaneously targets CD276 and NKG2D ligands to address antigen heterogeneity in non‐small cell lung cancer. By improving immune synapse formation, mitochondrial fitness, antioxidant capacity, and stem‐like persistence, this design enhances durable tumor control and provides a versatile strategy to ...

The impact of molecular alterations and the immune microenvironment on the natural history of Follicular Lymphoma including transformation to Diffuse Large B cell Lymphoma [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
PhDThe natural history of follicular lymphoma is heterogeneous with numerous relapses and remissions over many years. A substantial number of patients suffer an aggressive disease course with death due to disease within 5 years of diagnosis.
