YAP1::TFE3 mediates endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal plasticity in epithelioid hemangioendothelioma
The YAP1::TFE3 fusion protein drives endothelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EndMT) plasticity, resulting in the loss of endothelial characteristics and gain of mesenchymal‐like properties, including resistance to anoikis, increased migratory capacity, and loss of contact growth inhibition in endothelial cells.

Compressibility of tableting materials and properties of tablets with glyceryl behenate [PDF]
Abstract The paper studies the compressibility of directly compressible tableting materials with dry binders, spray-dried lactose and microcrystalline cellulose, and glyceryl dibehenate at various concentrations. Compressibility was evaluated by means of the energy profile of compression and tensile strength of tablets.

Material Considerations for Fused-Filament Fabrication of Solid Dosage Forms
Material choice is a fundamental consideration when it comes to designing a solid dosage form. The matrix material will ultimately determine the rate of drug release since the physical properties (solubility, viscosity, and more) of the material control ...

3D Simulation of Internal Tablet Strength During Tableting [PDF]
This study presents a new approach to model powder compression during tableting. The purpose of this study is to introduce a new discrete element simulation model for particle-particle bond formation during tablet compression. This model served as the basis for calculating tablet strength distribution during a compression cycle.
