Note about D-branes in Carrollian background
Journal of High Energy Physics, 2022 This paper is devoted to the construction of stable and unstable Dp-branes in generalized Carroll space-times. We also study tachyon solutions on the world-volume of unstable Dp-brane in Carrollian background and discuss their physical interpretations.

Tachyon condensation on a noncommutative torus [PDF]
Physical Review D, 2001 We discuss noncommutative solitons on a noncommutative torus and their application to tachyon condensation. In the large B limit, they can be exactly described by the Powers-Rieffel projection operators known in the mathematical literature. The resulting soliton spectrum is consistent with T-duality and is surprisingly interesting.

Inhomogeneous tachyon condensation [PDF]
Journal of High Energy Physics, 2009 We investigate the spacetime-dependent condensation of the tachyon in effective field theories. Previous work identified singularities in the field which appear in finite time: infinite gradients at the kinks, and (in the eikonal approximation) caustics near local minima.
