New Taxanes fromTaxus chinensis

Planta Medica, 1990
Two new taxane diterpenes, decinnamoyltaxagifine ( 3) and decinnanioyltaxagifine acetate ( 2), have been isolated from the leaves and stems of TAXUS CHINENSIS. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Their (13)C-NMR chemical shifts were assigned.

Taxoids from Taxus chinensis

Journal of Natural Products, 2006
Two new taxoids, 13,15-epoxy-13-epi-taxayunnasin A (1) and taxchinin N (2), were isolated from the leaves and stems of Taxus chinensis. Compound 2 is the first taxoid to be reported with an alpha,beta-unsaturated lactone at C-4, C-5, C-20, and C-2.

Novel Diterpenoids from Taxus chinensis

Journal of Natural Products, 1993
Five new diterpenoids, taxchinins A {3}, B{4}, and C{5}, 19-hydroxy-7-epibaccatin III {6}, and 10-deacetyl-10-oxobaccatin V {7}, have been isolated from the needles and stems of Taxus chinensis together with twelve known compounds including taxol {1}. These structures were elucidated and identified by spectroscopic techniques.

Taxanes from Taxus chinensis

Phytochemistry, 1991
Abstract Five new taxane diterpenes were isolated from the leaves and stems of Texus chinensis . Their structures were established as 2-deacetyl-5-decinnamatetaxagifine, taxagifine III, 4-deacetyltaxagifine III, 2α,13α-dihydroxy-9α,10β-diacetoxy-5α-cinnamatetaxa-4(20),11-diene and 10β-hydroxy-2α,9α,13α-triacetoxy-5α-cinnamatetaxa-4(20),11-diene.

Bicyclic Taxoids from Needles ofTaxus chinensis

Planta Medica, 1996
A new bicyclic taxoid, 5-deacetyltaxachitriene B (2) together with a known bicyclic taxoid (1) were isolated from needles of Taxus chinensis. Spectral characteristics for these bicyclic taxoids were discussed.

Taxoids from Cell Cultures of Taxus Chinensis

Phytochemistry, 1998
Abstract A cell culture of Taxus chinensis was found to produce taxoids in 4% yield (dry weight) after stimulation with methyl jasmonate. From the culture medium and cell mass, 16 taxoids were isolated. The structures were determined by two-dimensional gradient-enhanced DQF-COSY, HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY NMR experiments.

Two New Taxoids fromTaxus chinensis

Chemistry & Biodiversity, 2005
Two new taxoids, 2,20-O-diacetyltaxumairol N (1) and 14beta-hydroxy-10-deacetyl-2-O-debenzoylbacatin III (2), were isolated from the needles and stems of Taxus chinensis. Their structures were determined on the basis of extensive 1D- and 2D-NMR-spectral analysis.
