Nanoscale Thermal Transport in Bi2(Te, Se)3 Thermoelectric Material Using Pulsed STEM

open access: yesAdvanced Physics Research, Volume 5, Issue 7, July 2026.
The pulsed‐STEM technique enables simultaneous acquisition of crystallographic, compositional, and thermal transport information within a single experiment. In anisotropic Bi2(Te, Se)3, phase‐delay imaging visualizes directional heat flow and interfacial resistance at the nanoscale, offering a new approach to understanding and designing thermoelectric ...

Right‑DLPFC rTMS Transiently Modulates Risky Decision‐Making and EEG Oscillatory Activity

open access: yesBrain and Behavior, Volume 16, Issue 7, July 2026.
High‐frequency (20 Hz) rTMS over the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex transiently altered decision‐making in healthy adults. During stimulation, selection of advantageous options decreased without an increase in risky choices, indicating changes in adaptive strategy rather than impulsivity.

Muscular Fitness Components in Adults With Type 1 Diabetes: A Cross‐Sectional Study

open access: yesDiabetes/Metabolism Research and Reviews, Volume 42, Issue 5, July 2026.
ABSTRACT Aims We aimed to determine whether muscular fitness, focussing on power‐related components, is reduced in adults with type 1 diabetes (T1D) compared with the group without T1D. Methods Adults with T1D and healthy controls were enroled in the study.

Associations of GA and GMI/GA Ratio With All‐Cause Mortality in Well‐Controlled Type 2 Diabetes Defined by Continuous Glucose Monitoring

open access: yesDiabetes/Metabolism Research and Reviews, Volume 42, Issue 5, July 2026.
ABSTRACT Aims There is uncertainty whether traditional glycemic metrics remain associated with long‐term outcomes among patients with type 2 diabetes who achieve recommended continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) targets. This study was aimed to investigate the association of glycated albumin (GA) and ratio of glucose management indicator to GA (GMI/GA ...
