Thermodynamic Volumes and Isoperimetric Inequalities for de Sitter Black Holes [PDF]
We consider the thermodynamics of rotating and charged asymptotically de Sitter black holes. Using Hamiltonian perturbation theory techniques, we derive three different first law relations including variations in the cosmological constant, and associated

Studies on the release of neutrophil extracellular traps and IFN-γ as part of the innate immune response to Aspergillus fumigatus and on the fungal stress response via the hybrid sensor kinase TcsC [PDF]
Aspergillus fumigatus is a saprophytic mold that naturally inhabits the soil. Asexual reproduction yields hardy conidia that circulate in the air and are inhaled daily by humans.

Development of TCSC Application to Fault Current Limiters
AbstractA new Fault Current Limiter (FCL) is proposed which consists of a conventional Current Limiting Reactor (CLR) and a Thyristor‐Controlled Series Compensator (TCSC) in series. In normal operation, it works to compensate for impedance of the CLR and a line, while it limits short‐circuit currents during system faults.

Usually, the optimal integration of thyristor-controlled series compensators (TCSCs) aims at enhancing power system performance like all of flexible AC transmission systems (FACTS) devices. The insertion of TCSC unites targets to minimize active/reactive

The integration of solar energy into modern power grids supports sustainability and energy efficiency but also introduces power quality (PQ) challenges such as harmonic distortion, voltage sag, swell, and fluctuations. In order to reduce PQ problems in renewable energy systems (RESs), this research proposes a novel hybrid control strategy that combines
