Bu araştırmanın amacı öğretmen adaylarının bakış açısıyla ideal öğretmenin özelliklerini betimlemektir. Araştırmaya Selçuk Üniversitesi Ahmet Keleşoğlu Eğitim Fakültesi’nde öğrenim görmekte olan 248 öğretmen adayı katılmıştır. Veri toplamak amacıyla katılımcılara açık uçlu anket formu verilmiş, cevaplar yazılı olarak alınmıştır.
