In the present article, the chimney technology was used for the left subclavian artery (LSA) in order to enlarge the landing zone for thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) in 59 cases with thoracic aortic aneurysms (landing zone 2: between the left carotid and the LSA). Xue et al. [1] show the immediate and mid-term outcome data.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.
