Recent Advances on High‐Speed and Holographic Two‐Photon Direct Laser Writing
Two‐Photon Lithography is a high‐resolution micro and nanofabrication technique. However, it is affected by a low throughput preventing its adoption in industry. In this review, several strategies to increase the throughput and the processing speed are explored. In particular, the principles and advances of the combination of Two‐Photon Lithography and

gm/Id$g_m/I_d$ Analysis of vertical nanowire III–V TFETs
In this paper, we report the fabrication and the characterization of gate‐all‐ around III‐V vertical Tunnel Field‐Effect Transistors (TFETs), which exhibits a minimum subthreshold swing of 44 mV/dec and transconductance efficiency (gm/Id) of 50 V‐1 for current range of 9 nA/ m to 100 nA/ m at a drain voltage of 100 mV.

Abstract As artificial intelligence (AI) technologies become more ubiquitous for streamlining and optimizing work, they are entering fields representing organizational logics at odds with the efficiency logic of automation. One such field is journalism, an industry defined by a logic enacted through professional norms, practices, and values. This paper

Ionofibers: Ionically Conductive Textile Fibers for Conformal i‐Textiles
By integrating ionofibers, a new generation of ionotronics, i‐textiles, can allow for a broad range of in‐air electrochemical applications, especially with bioelectronic interfaces. To meet the fabric manufacturing requirements, ionofibers are produced to ally the mechanical properties of commercial yarns with ionic liquids via dip‐coating by ...

Vapor phase polymerization (VPP) of 3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene into high‐resolution (100 µm) patterns enables further utilization in various printed electronic applications, here exemplified by organic electrochemical transistors (OECT). The OECT channels are created by the VPP process, while the other layers of the devices are deposited via screen ...

Impact of the ridge etching‐depth on GaSb‐based laser diodes
Abstract We have fabricated from the same epitaxial wafer series of GaSb‐based Fabry–Pérot laser diodes emitting near 2.3 μm with different ridge etching‐depths. The analysis of the device performances allows quantifying the detrimental impact of deep ridge etching.
