Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.

, 2004 We present the first detailed X-ray observations, using Chandra, of NGC 6482 - the nearest known `fossil group'. The group is dominated by an optically luminous giant elliptical galaxy and all other known group members are at least two magnitudes fainter.
