Proceedings of the 29th European Safety and Reliability Conference (ESREL), 2019 The complex interconnectivity characterizing a temporary organization (TO) increases the risk of adverse work situations emerging in unexpected ways. In TOs operating in a high-hazard environment - here referred to as complex temporary organizations (CTOs) - this may lead to disastrous consequences. Still many CTOs do not experience disasters.

Journal of Strategic Innovation and Sustainability, 2020 Temporary vertical groups shift boundary decisions from a make, buy, or ally choice by a single firm acting alone to a collaborative decision influenced by the entire group. Using archival data on bridge construction project networks, we apply traditional theories of the firm at the group level of analysis.

Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance
Aging and Cancer, EarlyView.NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.
