Embedding Classic Chaotic Maps in Simple Discrete-Time Memristor Circuits
In the last few years the literature has witnessed a remarkable surge of interest for maps implemented by discrete-time (DT) memristor circuits. One main reason is that from numerical simulations it appears that even for simple memristor circuits the ...

β‐Adrenergic Signaling Promotes Anti‐Tumor Immunity in TP53‐mutant Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma
β‐adrenergic stimulation enhances anti‐tumor immunity in TP53‐deficient oral squamous cell carcinoma by inducing tumor‐derived secretion of CXCL10, which attracts and activates cytotoxic CD8+ T cells. The findings demonstrate that β‐adrenergic signaling alters tumor–immune interactions via CXCL10‐mediated paracrine activation, revealing a neuro‐immune ...

An Efficient Optimal Key Based Chaos Function for Medical Image Security
With the rapid development in the field of medical image encryption, researchers analyzed a number of encryption algorithms based on chaotic systems. But there is a difficulty lies, i.e., small key space and weak security in 1-D chaotic cryptosystems. To

GPCRs in CAR‐T Cell Immunotherapy: Expanding the Target Landscape and Enhancing Therapeutic Efficacy
Chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy faces dual challenges of target scarcity and an immunosuppressive microenvironment in solid tumors. This review highlights how G protein‐coupled receptors can serve as both novel targets to expand the therapeutic scope and functional modules to enhance CAR‐T cell efficacy.

4‐HBA upregulates NKIRAS2 levels, inhibiting the activation of the NF‐κB pathway and subsequently reducing the levels of neuroinflammatory markers. This modulation helps restore normal mood and behavior in hyperlipidemic conditions, providing a potential therapeutic strategy for managing hyperlipidemia‐associated depression.

Sensory nerves help bones heal. This study shows that the neuropeptide CGRP, released from sensory nerves, slows down macrophage energy production, preventing excessive bone breakdown. By revealing this nerve–immune–metabolism connection, the work provides new insight into how the body balances bone repair and opens doors to targeted treatments ...

Cortical Somatostatin Neurons Regulate Seizure Susceptibility via MINAR1/Gαs–cAMP Signaling
Our study identifies MINAR1 as a novel regulator of cortical interneuron excitability and seizure susceptibility. MINAR1 is preferentially expressed in SST+ interneurons. Genetic ablation of MINAR1 leads to seizure hypersensitivity, reduced SST+ neuron excitability, and impaired Gαs–cAMP signaling, disrupting the E/I balance.
