A recombinant AAV delivered tumour gene therapy. NF‐κB drives tumour‐selective antigen (e.g., CD20) expression. Ectopic CD20 enables rituximab repurposing to solid tumours. ADCC, ADCP, and CDC contribute to the antitumour activity. Abstract Background Despite the clinical success of cancer immunotherapies, their efficacy is often compromised by antigen‐

This study shows that TSG, the major bioactive constituent of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb., ameliorates POI in association with suppression of ZBP1‐driven PANoptosis. In a POI rat model, TSG restored estrous cyclicity, improved hormone profiles, and preserved follicular reserve.

Gut Microbiota Dysbiosis Mediates 125I‐Induced Radiation Colitis via Host Transcriptional Regulation
ABSTRACT Background Iodine‐125 (125I) seed therapy is recognized for treating abdominal solid tumors with minimal adjacent tissue damage but may induce radiation colitis when its implantation near colonic tissues, leading to a poor prognosis. Nevertheless, the underlying pathogenesis is not well understood.

This study identifies ALY688, a synthetic adiponectin receptor agonist, as a potent cardioprotective agent against ischemia‐reperfusion injury. ALY688 reduced infarct size, cardiomyocyte death, and oxidative stress, while preserving cardiac function. Mechanistically, it enhanced extracellular vesicle (EV) number through Rab8a‐dependent signaling and ...
