The terminal value problem of differential equations has an important application background. In this paper, we are concerned with the terminal value problem of a first-order differential equation. Some sufficient conditions are given to obtain the existence and uniqueness results of solutions to the problem.

ALDOA Promotes Glycolysis and NLRP3/GSDMD Pyroptosis to Accelerate ALS Progression
ABSTRACT Objective Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is characterized by progressive motor neuron degeneration. Glycolytic dysregulation is implicated in disease progression, yet the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. This study investigates how Aldolase A (ALDOA) drives ALS progression through glycolysis‐mediated motor neuron pyroptosis.

Terminal value problems for first and second order nonlinear equations on time scales
In this paper we examine "terminal" value problems for dynamic equations on time scales - that is, a dynamic equation whose solutions are asymptotic at infinity.

Facelifting in Utility Maximization
We establish the existence and characterization of a primal and a dual facelift - discontinuity of the value function at the terminal time - for utility-maximization in incomplete semimartingale-driven financial markets.

In Hot Pursuit of the Hidden Companion of Eta Carinae: An X-ray Determination of the Wind Parameters [PDF]
We present X-ray spectral fits to a recently obtained Chandra grating spectrum of Eta Carinae, one of the most massive and powerful stars in the Galaxy and which is strongly suspected to be a colliding wind binary system. Hydrodynamic models of colliding

Shellac, a centuries‐old natural resin, is reimagined as a green material for flexible electronics. When combined with silver nanowires, shellac films deliver transparency, conductivity, and stability against humidity. These results position shellac as a sustainable alternative to synthetic polymers for transparent conductors in next‐generation ...

Bio‐based and (semi‐)synthetic zwitterion‐modified novel materials and fully synthetic next‐generation alternatives show the importance of material design for different biomedical applications. The zwitterionic character affects the physiochemical behavior of the material and deepens the understanding of chemical interaction mechanisms within the ...

Occlusal Traits of Primary Dentition among Pre-School Children of Mehsana District, North Gujarat, India [PDF]
Introduction: Aesthetic and functional problems in the dentofacial complex among children are often attributed to the disturbances in the dentofacial growth and development. This can be recognized during routine dental visits.
