On Deformations of n-Lie algebras

open access: yes, 2015
The aim of this paper is to review the deformation theory of $n$-Lie algebras. We summarize the 1-parameter formal deformation theory and provide a generalized approach using any unital commutative associative algebra as a deformation base.

Binary and ternary logic-in-memory using nanosheet feedback field-effect transistors with triple-gated structure

open access: yesScientific Reports
In this study, we demonstrate binary and ternary logic-in-memory (LIM) operations of inverters and NAND and NOR gates comprising nanosheet (NS) feedback field-effect transistors (FBFETs) with a triple-gated structure. The NS FBFETs are reconfigured in p-

Generating derivative structures: Algorithm and applications

open access: yes, 2008
We present an algorithm for generating all derivative superstructures--for arbitrary parent structures and for any number of atom types. This algorithm enumerates superlattices and atomic configurations in a geometry-independent way.

Backbone Heterojunction Photocatalysts for Efficient Sacrificial Hydrogen Production

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Herein, a ‘single‐component’ organic semiconductor photocatalyst is presented in which a molecular donor is bonded to a polymer acceptor. The resultant material demonstrates exceptional photocatalytic activity for hydrogen evolution in aqueous triethylamine with an outstanding external quantum efficiency of 38% at 420 nm.
