Iris Matching Based On a Stack Like Structure Graph Approach
In this paper, we present the elastic bunch graph matching as a new approach for iris recognition. The task is difficult because of iris variation in terms of position, size, and partial occlusion.

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

Generic multimodal spatially graph network for spatially embedded network representation learning
Spatially embedded networks (SENs) represent a special type of complex graph, whose topologies are constrained by the networks’ embedded spatial environments.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Contemplations on Testing Graph Properties [PDF]
This note documents two programmatic comments regarding testing graph properties, which I made during the workshop. The first comment advocates paying more attention to the dependence of the tester's complexity on the proximity parameter. The second comment advocates paying more attention to the question of testing general graphs (rather than dense ...

Power Minimisation Techniques for Testing Low Power VLSI Circuits (PhD Dissertation) [PDF]
Testing low power very large scale integrated (VLSI) circuits has recently become an area of concern due to yield and reliability problems. This dissertation focuses on minimising power dissipation during test application at logic level and register ...

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

Quantifying the non-isomorphism of global urban road networks using GNNs and graph kernels
A novel concept of quantifying graph non-isomorphism is introduced to measure structural differences between graphs, and thus overcoming the strict limitations of traditional graph isomorphism tests.

Experimental Validation of Graph Theory-Based Leak Detection Algorithm
In this paper, we present results from a study on leak detection based on graph partitioning. Leaks are isolated using graph partitioning and performing mass balances over the partitions.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.
