Importance of ALDH1A enzymes in determining human testicular retinoic acid concentrations
Retinoic acid (RA), the active metabolite of vitamin A, is required for spermatogenesis and many other biological processes. RA formation requires irreversible oxidation of retinal to RA by aldehyde dehydrogenase enzymes of the 1A family (ALDH1A).

Histological and Functional study of white male mice testes and kidney treated with Tecrium Polium aqueous extract [PDF]
The oral administration of the aqueous extract of Teucrium polium to amature male mice in daily oral doses of 50 mg/kg body weight (group II) and 100mg/kg body weight (group III) for eight consecutive weeks were resulted insignificant increase ...

In non‐tumorous lung tissues, FOXN3 promotes the transcriptional activation of p53 by facilitating its recruitment to target promoters, thereby suppressing lung tumorigenesis through activation of the p53 signaling pathway. Conversely, in lung adenocarcinoma tissues, hyperphosphorylated FOXN3 dissociates from the promoters of p53‐responsive genes and ...

Pasta is a transcriptomic aging clock built on an age‐shift learning framework and trained on 17 000 samples across 21 datasets. It accurately predicts relative biological age across tissues, platforms, and species, captures stemness‐to‐senescence transitions, and identifies age‐modulatory perturbations.

Super‐multiplexed Label‐free Raman Imaging (SLRI) enables 2D/3D metabolic mapping of intact Drosophila testes. Moving beyond descriptive morphology, it establishes a multidimensional tool for tissue metabolic remodeling, and offers a generalizable platform for complex tissue analysis, with implications extending to development and disease. ABSTRACT The

Genetic ablation of Cep55 in Pten‐deficient mouse models delays tumorigenesis. Integrated multi‐omics analyses (proteomics, phosphoproteomics, and spatial transcriptomics) reveal that CEP55 regulates oncogenic signaling (RAS/ERK, PI3K/AKT), integrin/FAK‐mediated adhesion, extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling, and endocytosis.

Histological Study on the Possible Protective Role of L-Carnitine Against Testicular Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury Induced in Rabbits [PDF]
Introduction: The torsion of the testis is a surgical emergent situation which is common; however there are no effective measures to avoid damage of the testis after untwisting this torsion. L-carnitine (LC) is an essential micronutrient with strong anti-

Deltacoronavirus Modulates circRNA cGLIS3 Metabolism to Evade Host Antiviral Response
This study reveals that both deltacoronavirus nucleocapsid protein and host RNA binding protein IGF2BP2 promote circular RNA GLIS3 (cGLIS3) biogenesis by binding to GLIS3 pre‐mRNA. The m6A modification‐mediated cGLIS3‐IGF2BP2 interaction weakens RNase L‐mediated degradation of cGLIS3 while facilitates a ubiquitin‐dependent degradation of IGF2BP2, thus ...
