Secretome and Pathway Analysis of Stress Induced Disc Degeneration In Vitro
JOR SPINE, Volume 9, Issue 2, June 2026.Integrated secretome and phosphoprotein profiling of human nucleus pulposus cells revealed that IL‐1β and TLR2/6 activation induce a shared degenerative program, defined by consistent upregulation of IL‐6, IL‐8, GRO‐α, ICAM‐1, and MMP‐7 and convergence on NF‐κB/AP‐1 signaling.
