Spectral studies of metal ion interaction with tetrazole and tetrazolate anion
Journal of Inorganic and Nuclear Chemistry, 1966Abstract Formation of solid tetrazolate complexes with iron (II), nickel, cadmium and cobalt are compared to the sodium and silver tetrazolates. The formation of a weak complex between nickel and tetrazole is confirmed, and overall formation constants of β 1 = 2·3 ± 1·5 and β 2 = 13·1 ± 0·9 are obtained for the system in dimethylformamide.
