Text Comprehensiveness Ranking

When we use a search engine to find interesting texts for read, we often find something that could be too difficult to follow or too easy for us to learn anything interesting. In this work, we propose an algorithm for text ranking based on the text comprehensiveness, such as we can rank texts from the most difficult one to the easiest one.

Concept Learning in Text Comprehension

This paper presents a mechanism to reverse engineer a cognitive concept association graph (CAG) which is formed by a reader while reading a piece of text. During text comprehension a human reader recognizes some concepts and skips some. The recognized concepts are retained to construct the meaning of the read text while the other concepts are discarded.
