This paper discusses the hospitals experience in the management of 30 unmarried girls under 16 years old who delivered in a 15-month period from May 1961 to August 1962. 3 of the patients had albumin-uric toxemia and 8 had hypertension of 140/90 mm. Hg or over; all settled rapidly on hospital edmission.
