A new method to extract stray inductance in IGBTs’ Dynamic testing platform

open access: yesIOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering, 2018
Stray inductance in IGBTs' dynamic testing platform has great influence on switching characteristics, such as switching speed, switching loss, voltage overshoot, and so on. Conventional methods are analyzed in this paper, which cannot extract stray inductance accurately due to existence of resistance in power stage current path.

Magnetic Reluctance Method for Dynamical Modeling of Squirrel Cage Induction Machines [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
Nowadays, inductionmachines play important role in electromechanical energy conversion in industry. Thesemachines are often operated in critical conditions where can cause unexpected failures and outages. Generally, stator and bearing faults, broken rotor bar and end-rings, air-gap irregularities are some of the major faults in an induction machine (Al-

Ironic Medications: A Narrative‐Based Psycho‐Educational Intervention to Explore Patient–Provider Communication in Adolescents With Haematological Cancer

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Adolescents with haematological malignancies face significant emotional and relational challenges, often accompanied by difficulties in communicating their needs within the healthcare context. To address these issues, a narrative‐based psycho‐educational intervention based on the creation and prescription of Ironic Medications was ...

Impact of Metastatic Patterns on Survival and Response to Therapy in Neuroblastoma

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background While the presence of metastases in neuroblastoma (NB) is a well‐established prognostic factor, the clinical significance of dissemination patterns and tumour burden and their impact on response and survival remains poorly understood.

Natural Killer Cells in Paediatric Soft Tissue Sarcomas: A Systematic Review

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Paediatric soft tissue sarcomas (pSTS) are a rare and heterogeneous group of malignant tumours arising in tissues of mesenchymal origin. The role of natural killer (NK) cells in pSTS remains poorly understood, with evidence fragmented across small preclinical studies and early‐phase clinical trials.

A Bibliometric Analysis of Publications in Uremic Toxins From 1991 to 2024

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Uremic toxins are a growing area of research in nephrology, with significant implications in the progression and treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and the management of end‐stage kidney disease (ESKD). This bibliometric analysis aims to evaluate the global research trends, key contributors, and the impact of publications in ...

Serum Myonectin Levels Are Positively Associated With Physical Function and Lower Frailty‐Related Limitation in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients: A Cross‐Sectional Study

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients frequently suffer from frailty, characterized by reduced physical function and poor prognosis. Myokines, such as myonectin, secreted by muscle, are emerging regulators of systemic health. This study investigated the relationship between serum myonectin, adipokines (adiponectin, omentin), and ...

Forecasting the Dialysis Burden in Japan: Validation‐Based Projections of Prevalence and Incidence Through 2050

open access: yesTherapeutic Apheresis and Dialysis, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Japan has one of the highest dialysis prevalence rates worldwide and a shrinking, aging population. Whether dialysis burden has entered a sustained post‐peak phase or whether recent declines partly reflect pandemic‐related disruptions remains uncertain.
