A simple, rapid, and sustainable HPLC‐UV method was developed and validated to quantify meropenem in human plasma across a wide linear range (0.5–100 mg/L). Utilizing an efficient one‐step protein precipitation, this eco‐friendly approach is highly suited for routine clinical therapeutic drug monitoring and research purposes.
