We propose to generate the flavor structures of the Standard Model plus neutrinos from flipped SU(5) GUT with A 4 modular flavor symmetry. Possible way to assign different moduli values for quarks and leptons in modular GUT scheme is discussed.

Recurrent Hypothermia and Autonomic Dysfunction Secondary to Shapiro Syndrome
ABSTRACT A 44âyearâold man presented with recurrent hypothermia, diaphoresis and hypertension. Extensive investigation for infectious, inflammatory, metabolic and endocrine aetiologies was negative. MR scan of the brain demonstrated no lesions but revealed callosal dysgenesis, consistent with Shapiro syndrome.
