MRP8‐Cre Transgenic Mice Are Resistant to Weight Gain and Diet‐Induced Obesity Independently of Neutrophils

The MRP8Cre mouse model is frequently used to investigate the biology of neutrophils. Therapeutic Effects and Mechanisms of Fucoidan on Dyslipidemia in Obese Mice

In the present study, fucoidan (50 mg/kg/day) did not alter HFD‐driven weight gain or food intake, but significantly decreased serum total cholesterol (TC). Fucoidan reduced hepatic triglyceride, TC, and lipid droplets, improving hepatic lipid accumulation.
