This study introduces a one‐pot, solvent‐free synthesis of multi‐reprocessable vitrimers by integrating acrylates with dynamic dioxaborolane chemistry and a tetrafunctional linker. The resulting highly crosslinked, transparent polymers exhibit a Tg of 58°C, low activation energy (33.4 kJ mol−1), and thermal stability up to 305°C. They demonstrate rapid

Warpage in Material Extrusion Additive Manufacturing of Amorphous and Semicrystalline Polymers
Material Extrusion Additive Manufacturing (MEAM) enables the fabrication of complex parts, but faces the challenge of warpage due to thermal stresses and phase transitions. This review examines the warpage mechanism, the role of processing conditions, material properties, and part geometry.

Analysis of Crystallization Kinetics of PLA Filament for Fused Filament Fabrication
This study characterized PLA 4032D filament crystallization kinetics for FFF. Extrusion significantly accelerated the crystallization rate due to thermomechanical stress and degradation. Two calorimetric protocols were used: “melt” (erasing history) and “solid” (preserving nuclei). The “solid” protocol showed significantly faster kinetics, highlighting

This study explores how polypropylene viscosity influences the structure and performance of thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizates made with devulcanized tire rubber. Higher matrix viscosity results in better dispersion of the rubber phase, forming smaller domains and enhancing mechanical properties. The findings support more efficient recycling strategies
