HATCHLING SEX RATIOS AND LOCOMOTOR PERFORMANCE OF MIDLAND PAINTED TURTLES (CHRYSEMYS PICTA MARGINATA) [PDF]
The primary objectives of this study were to understand how canopy cover and nest temperatures affect hatchling sex ratios and locomotor performance (i.e., swimming sprint speed and righting response) of Chrysemys picta marginata nests.

Thermally Gated Dual‐Cascade Nanozyme for Enhanced Mild‐Temperature Photothermal Therapy
A thermo‐responsive cascade nanozyme (Ru‐GOx‐PNN) synergistically enhances mild photothermal therapy by dual suppression of HSP70 through ROS‐induced lipid peroxidation and ATP depletion. This intelligent system effectively overcomes thermotolerance and amplifies apoptosis, offering a safe and precise strategy for tumor treatment.

Smooth leading edge transition in hypersonic flow [PDF]
The boundary layer transition along the attachment line of a smooth swept circular cylinder in hypersonic flow is investigated in a blowdown wind tunnel. A wide range of spanwise Mach numbers Me (3.28 to 6.78) is covered with the help of different models

This study develops a hierarchically porous hydrogel patch strategy (HPMP), based on gas‐shearing microfluidics and an aqueous two‐phase system to fabricate porous microgels as microgel‐based bioinks. The porous microgels with controllable porous structure exhibit excellent cellular behavior.

Telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) mRNA induces DNA self‐assembly in cancer cells, boosting the nanoplatform's magnetothermal properties. This magnetothermia then activates the Hsp70 promoter, initiating siRNA synthesis to silence the TERT gene, enhancing cancer treatment.

Hydrogel-Based Drug Delivery Systems for Poorly Water-Soluble Drugs
Hydrogels are three-dimensional materials that can withstand a great amount of water incorporation while maintaining integrity. This allows hydrogels to be very unique biomedical materials, especially for drug delivery.

Thermosensitive nanofibers loaded with ciprofloxacin as antibacterial wound dressing materials [PDF]
To obtain wound dressings which could be removed easily without secondary injuries, we prepared thermoresponsive electrospun fiber mats containing poly(di(ethylene glycol) methyl ether methacrylate) (PDEGMA). Blend fibers of PDEGMA and poly(l-lactic acid-

To address multidrug‐resistant urinary tract infections (MDR‐UTIs), we developed Cu‐ZIF8‐Ru nanozyme featuring an asymmetric Cu─N─Ru catalytic site. This unique structure enhances multienzyme‐mimetic activity, eradicating resistant bacteria by inducing a cuproptosis‐like death pathway through intracellular Cu2+ accumulation and energy depletion.
