Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Industrial Engineering, 2018We investigated the natural oscillations of a thin-walled rod of a closed profile with allowance for damping by the viscoelastic model by the example of fixed-ended rod. We obtained differential equations of thin-walled rod oscillations, taking into account the internal friction of the material and shifts from bending and constrained torsion.
