An NH4Cl additive stabilizes Zn–I2 redox chemistry in aqueous Zn–I2 redox flow batteries by suppressing iodine precipitation and mitigating zinc dendrite formation. These improve reversibility and electrolyte stability, leading to enhanced coulombic and energy efficiencies, as well as substantially prolonged cycling performance.

ABSTRACT The presence of anti‐modified protein antibodies (AMPA) is a hallmark of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). AMPA recognize post‐translationally modified proteins and are cross‐reactive. The retention of lactoferrin lactoperoxidase, and lysozyme in milk concentrated by ultrafiltration (UF) before cheesemaking and on cheese properties was studied. Cheese made with concentrated milk retained 17% more LF than the control. No effect on cheese properties was observed. UF could be an additional tool to enhance cheese bioactivity.
