A‐to‐I editing of miRNAs, particularly miR‐200b‐3p, contributes to HGSOC progression by enhancing cancer cell proliferation, migration and 3D growth. The edited form is linked to poorer patient survival and the identification of novel molecular targets.

This study indicates that Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) does not originate from Merkel cells, and identifies gene, protein & cellular expression of immune‐linked and neuroendocrine markers in primary and metastatic Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) tumor samples, linked to Merkel cell polyomavirus (MCPyV) status, with enrichment of B‐cell and other immune cell

Road Crack Detection and Orientation Estimation Using Airborne Synthetic Aperture Radar
Cracks on road surfaces are a significant safety hazard that can progress into larger potholes, posing risks to vehicles and passengers. Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) data acquired by high-resolution airborne SAR systems are sensitive to changes on the ...

Following high dose rate brachytherapy (HDR‐BT) for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), patients were classified as responders and nonresponders. Post‐therapy serum induced increased BrdU incorporation and Cyclin E expression of Huh7 and HepG2 cells in nonresponders, but decreased levels in responders.

Blind white denoising of speech signals
Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) has been used in the recent years in signal processing applications, i.e. filtering and compression. In the case of denoising because the energy of the noise is spread in the entire wavelet coefficients and it has low ...
