Graves' disease is an autoimmune condition commonly associated with thyroid dysfunction and with anti-thyroid antibodies, usually TSH receptor stimulating antibodies. Thyroid autoimmunity also may be associated with extra thyroidal manifestations. Most common extra thyroidal manifestation is ophthalmopathy.
