Objective Pathogenic variants in Kaptin (KPTN) cause KPTN‐related disorder (KRD). KPTN modulates mTOR signaling activation within the KICSTOR complex in response to cellular amino acid levels. We define the clinical spectrum and investigate the developmental pathogenesis of KRD.

Introducing a cascaded TI–TID secondary controller (SFO‐tuned) for a renewable‐integrated three‐area grid with HVDC and smart transformers modulating voltage‐dependent loads, achieving faster settling, lower overshoot, and robust frequency/tie‐line regulation under ±20% load changes versus conventional TI/TID baselines.
