LowCOST-HSQC Variants for Fast-Pulsing High ω1-Resolved 2D Experiments. [PDF]

open access: yesMagn Reson Chem
The LowCOST‐HSQC is a sensitivity‐enhanced HSQC version that retains unused proton polarization for subsequent scans in correlations to low natural abundance nuclei like 13C or 15N. Together with fast polarization distribution via isotropic mixing, it allows the acquisition of fast‐pulsing 2D experiments.

Study on the weld formation, microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31B Mg alloy in AC/DC mixed gas tungsten arc welding process

open access: yesJournal of Materials Research and Technology, 2022
In this work, a new welding electrical signal waveform of the AC/DC mixed waveform is purposed to improve the welding quality of magnesium alloy TIG. The method is named as AC/DC mixed tungsten inert gas arc (MIX-TIG) welding.

Characterization of Increased Extracellular Vesicle-Mediated Tigecycline Resistance in Acinetobacter baumannii

open access: yesPharmaceutics, 2023
Carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (CRAB) is the most detrimental pathogen that causes hospital-acquired infections. Tigecycline (TIG) is currently used as a potent antibiotic for treating CRAB infections; however, its overuse substantially ...

Effect of Fast-Frequency Pulsed Current Parameters on FFP-TIG Arc Behavior and Its Implications for Inconel 718 Welding

open access: yesMetals, 2023
Tungsten inert gas (TIG) is currently one of the most widely applied welding technologies. However, the arc energy divergence and high heat input of conventional TIG can lead to welding defects in heat-input-sensitive alloys (such as Inconel 718 ...

Detecting cryptic ghost lineage introgression in four-taxon genomic datasets. [PDF]

open access: yesAppl Plant Sci
Abstract Premise Hybridization and introgression are pervasive evolutionary forces that have played fundamental roles in shaping the diversity of wild and domesticated plants. Four‐taxon tests for introgression provide a reliable framework for detecting signatures of ancient introgression from genomic data, which have played an important role in ...
