Continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) visualized cyclic glycemic fluctuations associated with the 4‐days‐on/3‐days‐off capivasertib schedule. Compared with off‐treatment days, dosing days showed higher mean sensor glucose, greater coefficient of variation (CV), more time above 250 mg/dL, and lower time in range (TIR; 70–180 mg/dL).

Activated CCG10‐NLR: Octameric resistosome driving sustained calcium influx
This commentary spotlights landmark work from Guo et al. resolving the structure of the octameric resistosome formed by the active CCG10‐nucleotide‐binding leucine‐rich repeat (NLR) immune receptor WAI3, which triggers sustained, multi‐phasic Ca2+ influx.

ABSTRACT Aim School time represents a significant component of overall glycaemia for children with type 1 diabetes (T1D), and glucose levels during instructional time may be important for optimising academic progress. There is, however, limited literature regarding glycaemia during school hours. This study aimed to evaluate glucose levels during school
