Метою дослідження було вивчення ефективності вакцинації проти грипу в осіб із поліморфізмом Arg753Gln гену TLR-2, Leu412Phe TLR-3, Asp299Gly TLR-4. Провакциновано 66 осіб із мутантними генотипами та нормальним розподілом алелей TLR-2, TLR-3, TLR-4, віком від 18 до 63 років. Встановлено зростання відсотку осіб із протективним титром до всіх штамів грипу
