Viral Dynamic Model‐Informed Dose Selection of Mosnodenvir Prophylaxis against DENV‐3 in a Controlled Human Infection Model

open access: yesClinical Pharmacology &Therapeutics, EarlyView.
Dengue virus (DENV) infection is a significant global health threat. Mosnodenvir (JNJ‐64281802) is a pan‐serotype small molecule antiviral blocking DENV replication. A Phase IIa study (NCT05048875) evaluated the antiviral activity, safety, and pharmacokinetics of mosnodenvir as prophylaxis against DENV‐3 in a controlled human infection model (CHIM).

ST6GalNAc-I controls expression of sialyl-Tn antigen in gastrointestinal tissues

open access: yes, 2011
Sialyl-Tn is a simple mucin-type carbohydrate antigen aberrantly expressed in gastrointestinal adenocarcinomas and in the precursor lesion intestinal metaplasia. Sialyl-Tn tumour expression is an independent indicator of poor prognosis.

Exposure‐Response Analyses of Datopotamab Deruxtecan (Dato‐DXd), a TROP2‐Directed Antibody‐Drug Conjugate, in Advanced Non‐small Cell Lung Cancer

open access: yesClinical Pharmacology &Therapeutics, EarlyView.
Exposure‐response analyses supported a favorable benefit‐risk profile of Dato‐DXd at 6 mg/kg Q3W in patients with advanced nonsquamous NSCLC. Datopotamab deruxtecan (Dato‐DXd) is a trophoblast cell‐surface antigen‐2 (TROP2)‐directed antibody‐drug conjugate (ADC) that has demonstrated clinical activity in patients with NSCLC who have received prior ...

Transplant nephrectomy - A single-center experience

open access: yesSaudi Journal of Kidney Diseases and Transplantation, 2015
Transplant nephrectomy (TN) is associated with significant morbidity and mortality and influences the outcome of subsequent renal transplantation. The aim of this study was to identify the reasons for TN in a single transplant center in the United ...

Velociraptor Machine Learning Quantifies Similarity to Known Cell Types and Matches Cells Across Flow and Imaging Cytometry Platforms

open access: yesCytometry Part A, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Suspension flow cytometry enables high‐throughput cellular profiling at the single cell level, but these data lack positional information. Conversely, tissue‐based imaging cytometry techniques reveal a cell's location within the tissue architecture and can provide insight into cell biology.

Goofy/123Cre lineage tracing differentiates olfactory and vomeronasal neurons from GnRH‐1 and terminal nerve neurons during neuronal migration and reveals additional olfactory placode‐derived cells in the brain

open access: yesDevelopmental Dynamics, EarlyView.
Abstract The olfactory placode (OP) generates a broad array of chemosensory neurons in the nasal region, including olfactory sensory neurons, vomeronasal sensory neurons, neurons of the septal organ, and Grueneberg ganglion. During invagination, the OP also generates migratory neuronal populations, including gonadotropin‐releasing hormone‐1 (GnRH‐1 ...
