Brain metastasis‐associated fibroblasts are active stromal components of the metastatic niche characterised by extracellular matrix remodelling and production of pro‐migratory mediators. They promote monocyte and cancer cell migration and enhance cancer cell invasion while having no growth‐promoting effect on cancer cells.

Therapeutic potential of natural products in cancer immunotherapy: Advances and challenges
This review systematically outlines the mechanisms underlying tumour immunotherapy resistance and elucidates the role of natural products in enhancing therapeutic efficacy as immunomodulatory adjuvants. Abstract Immunotherapy has emerged as a clinically pivotal approach in cancer treatment, but its application remains limited to a small subset of ...

TROP2 immunoreactivity in pulmonary large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma
Frequently positive TROP2 IHC suggests that TROP2 antibody‐drug conjugates may be potential treatments for LCNEC. Introduction TROP2 antibody‐drug conjugates have shown promising anti‐tumour activity, but neither the activity of these agents nor TROP2 expression has been well studied in pulmonary large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (LCNEC), a rare and ...

CYP11B2 immunohistochemistry identifies aldosterone‐producing nodules and enables objective subtyping using the B2 ratio (B2R), defined as the size ratio between the largest and second‐largest CYP11B2‐positive nodules. A B2R ≥8.1 indicates classical histology with a dominant lesion and high likelihood of cure, whereas B2R <8.1 reflects non‐classical ...

ABSTRACT Background Flow cytometry and real‐time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT‐PCR) for MYD88 mutations (MYD88mt) are routinely performed on bone marrow aspirates during the diagnostic evaluation of IgM monoclonal paraproteinemia. The potential predictive value of immunophenotypic findings for molecular results, however, remains to be ...

In adults with hematologic malignancies, RSV vaccination was safe and induced antibody and T‐cell responses. However, antibody levels were lower and declined more rapidly than in healthy controls. While early immune responses were evident, reduced magnitude and durability of protection suggest the need for optimized vaccination strategies in this high ...
