Possibilities of TOF-SIMS Approach for Biometrics

TOF-SIMS計測から、毛髪上から検出された有機成分が、シャンプー·リンス成分に由来するものが確認された。さらに、シャンプー·リンス成分の中には、毛髪表面に残留している成分と洗い流されるものがあることも確認した。また、簡便な断面試料作成とTOF-SIMSイメージ観察を組み合わせることにより、毛髪内部へのシャンプー·リンス成分の浸透成分やその深さを観察することが可能であった。これらの解析例から、TOF-SIMSが生体·医薬分野においても、極表面の局所有機情報取得の計測法として有効であることを示した。
