Reliable Multiservice Delivery in Fog-Enabled VANETs: Integrated Misbehavior Detection and Tolerance
Vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) in which vehicles act as the mobile nodes provide a wide variety of services, such as audio and video surveillance. However, such networks suffer from an important problem of service delivery reliability as the network ...

The hyperactivation of PI3K/AKT signaling in PTEN wild‐type triple‐negative breast cancer represents a clinical paradox. We delineate a novel post‐translational regulatory axis wherein the oncogene TSPYL5 competitively antagonizes the deubiquitinase USP10.

Distributed Reliable and Efficient Transmission Task Assignment for WSNs
Task assignment is a crucial problem in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) that may affect the completion quality of sensing tasks. From the perspective of global optimization, a transmission-oriented reliable and energy-efficient task allocation (TRETA) is

m6A‐Mediated Glycolysis by IL‐37 Drives T Cell Metabolic Reprogramming to Regulate Colitis
This study identifies an IL‐37/SIGIRR‐METTL14 regulatory axis that suppresses global m6A modification in CD4+ T cells. IL‐37 signaling, mediated through SIGIRR, inhibits IRAK4 and JNK phosphorylation, leading to downregulation of the methyltransferase METTL14.

TQRAM: tolerable QoS-aware resource allocation modeling in IoT based on Petri-Net
In Internet of Things (IoT), load-balancing helps enhance resources utilization through efficient and fair task allocations between computing resources. On the other hand, a lack of load balancing means that some resources are under-loaded or idle, while

An immunomodulatory hydrogel (iGEL) forms spontaneously upon subcutaneous injection, acting as a tissue‐adhesive depot. It releases anti‐rejection and regenerative agents in response to inflammation, suppressing T‐cell activity, promoting vascular repair, and restoring allograft function without systemic immunosuppression.

Bone cancer pain and depression share a common origin: astrocytic A2‐to‐A1 transition in the posterior piriform cortex. This phenotypic shift disrupts the ATP–adenosine–A2AR–norepinephrine axis, simultaneously driving nociceptive and affective dysfunction.
