The study showed that TOMO‐mediated RIBE is activated by decreasing exosomal hnRNPA1 protein level and its capability to packaging miR‐27a‐3p. These new findings infer that hnRNPA1 is a novel inhibitor of RIBE, which potentiates to be a new therapeutic target for improving the efficacy of radiotherapy.
