Advanced Science, EarlyView.Hesperidin nanoparticles (HE NPs) effectively combat obesity and sleep‐disordered breathing in mice by enhancing leptin sensitivity. Through suppression of hypothalamic endoplasmic reticulum stress and restoration of leptin signaling, HE NPs promote weight loss and improve breathing during sleep.
