Unraveling the Molecular Mechanisms of Glioma Recurrence: A Study Integrating Single‐Cell and Spatial Transcriptomics

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Glioma recurrence severely impacts patient prognosis, with current treatments showing limited efficacy. Traditional methods struggle to analyze recurrence mechanisms due to challenges in assessing tumor heterogeneity, spatial dynamics, and gene networks.

Observation of t t ¯ $$ t\overline{t} $$ production in the lepton+jets and dilepton channels in p+Pb collisions at s NN $$ \sqrt{s_{\textrm{NN}}} $$ = 8.16 TeV with the ATLAS detector

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
This paper reports the observation of top-quark pair production in proton-lead collisions in the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider. The measurement is performed using 165 nb −1 of p+Pb data collected at s NN $$ \sqrt{s_{\textrm{NN}}} $$ = 8 ...

Top quark physics at CDF.

open access: yes, 2012
We present recent measurements from CDF of spin correlations, of the top decay relative branching ratio BR(t$\rightarrow$Wb)/$\Sigma_{\rm q}$BR(t$\rightarrow$Wq) and the derived indirect constraint on the $\vert$V$_{\rm tb}$$\vert$ CKM matrix element, of the single top production cross section and the derived direct constraint on $\vert$V$_{\rm tb}

Clinically Relevant Outcome Measures in Women With Adrenoleukodystrophy

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Adrenoleukodystrophy is a rare inherited peroxisomal disease caused by pathogenic variants in the ABCD1 gene located on the X chromosome. Although the most severe central nervous system and adrenal complications typically affect only men with adrenoleukodystrophy, the majority of women develop myeloneuropathy symptoms in adulthood.

Measurement of inclusive and differential cross sections of single top quark production in association with a W boson in proton-proton collisions at s $$ \sqrt{s} $$ = 13.6 TeV

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
The first measurement of the inclusive and normalised differential cross sections of single top quark production in association with a W boson in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 13.6 TeV is presented.

Remote Assessment of Ataxia Severity in SCA3 Across Multiple Centers and Time Points

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 (SCA3) is a genetically defined ataxia. The Scale for Assessment and Rating of Ataxia (SARA) is a clinician‐reported outcome that measures ataxia severity at a single time point. In its standard application, SARA fails to capture short‐term fluctuations, limiting its sensitivity in trials.

CX3CL1 in Early Detection of Alzheimer's Disease: Plasma Dynamics Across Age and Disease Stages

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Backgrounds Alzheimer's disease (AD) is characterized by amyloid‐beta plaques, tau tangles, and neuroinflammation. C‐X3‐C motif chemokine ligand 1 (CX3CL1, also known as fractalkine), a neuroimmune chemokine implicated in AD pathogenesis, shows inconsistent alterations in plasma/serum across studies.
