This system paper presents the Topology ToolKit (TTK), a software platform designed for topological data analysis in scientific visualization. TTK provides a unified, generic, efficient, and robust implementation of key algorithms for the topological analysis of scalar data, including: critical points, integral lines, persistence diagrams, persistence ...

The Mackey topology as a mixed topology [PDF]
A theorem on the coincidence of a mixed topology and the Mackey topology is given. The techniques of partitions of unity are used. As a corollary, a result of LeCam and Conway on the strict topology is obtained. Similar methods are applied to obtain a theorem of Collins and Dorroh.

Composite Topological Objects in Topological Superfluids [PDF]
Superfluid phases of $^3$He discovered in 1972 opened the new area of the application of topological methods to condensed matter systems. Due to the multi-component order parameter which characterizes the broken $SO(3)\times SO(3)\times U(1)$ symmetry in these phases, there are many inhomogeneous objects -- textures and defects in the order parameter ...

Topological—anti-topological fusion [PDF]
Abstract We study some non-perturbative aspects of N = 2 supersymmetric quantum field theories (both superconformal and massive deformations thereof). We show that the metric for the supersymmetric ground states, which in the conformal limit is essentially the same as Zamolodchikov's metric, is pseudo-topological and can be viewed as a result of ...

Topological Algebras and Mackey Topologies [PDF]
Let E be a locally m-convex algebra with dual space E ′ E’ . In a recent paper S. Warner asked if the finest locally m-convex topology on E compatible with E ′ E’ was the mackey topology. It is shown that this is not the case.

ICrAData - Software for InterCriteria Analysis [PDF]
In this paper, we consider the InterCriteria Analysis (ICrA), which is based on the index matrices and intuitionistic fuzzy sets. We demonstrate the application of ICrA using the software ICrAData.

Dynamic GCN: Context-enriched Topology Learning for Skeleton-based Action Recognition [PDF]
raph Convolutional Networks (GCNs) have attracted increasing interests for the task of skeleton-based action recognition. The key lies in the design of the graph structure, which encodes skeleton topology information.

An Application of Total-Colored Graphs to Describe Mutations in Non-Mendelian Genetics
Any gene mutation during the mitotic cell cycle of a eukaryotic cell can be algebraically represented by an isotopism of the evolution algebra describing the genetic pattern of the inheritance process.

Boundedness of Multidimensional Dunkl-Hausdorff Operators
In the present paper, we introduce the multidimensional Dunkl-Hausdorff operator ℋκ and we give simple sufficient conditions so that these operators be bounded on the weighted lebesgue spaces Lκpℝn and in the Hardy space Hκ1ℝn associated with the Dunkl ...
