Management of adnexal masses´ torsion during pregnancy
With the increased use and quality of ultrasound in pregnancy, adnexal masses are being encountered with greater frequency. Most of the time such masses are asymptomatic. It can be discovered in an emergency.

From a database of 170 pentagonal 2D materials, 4 candidates exhibiting altermagnetic ordering are screened. Furthermore, the spin‐splitting and unconventional boundary states in the pentagonal 2D altermagnetic monolayer MnS2 are investigated. A MnS2‐based altermagnetic tunneling junction is designed and, through ab initio quantum transport simulations,

Electric control of magnetic tunnel junctions offers a path to drastically reduce the energy requirements of the device. Electric field control of magnetization can be realized in a multitude of ways. These mechanisms can be integrated into existing spintronic devices to further reduce the operational energy.

Excited State Modulation in Carbene‐Metal‐Amides to Design Fast and Bright Blue Delayed Fluorescence
Gold‐centered carbene‐metal amide (CMA) materials with carbonyl‐group substitution on the amide donor ligand. Molecular design ensures that the charge transfer (CT) state is lower in energy than the locally excited (3LE) states. The energy difference between CT and LE states controls the rate of the delayed fluorescence.

Transducer Materials Mediated Deep Brain Stimulation in Neurological Disorders
This review discusses advanced transducer materials for improving deep brain stimulation (DBS) in neurological disorders. These materials respond to light, ultrasound, or magnetic fields, enabling precise, less invasive neuromodulation. Their stimulus‐responsive properties enhance neural control and adaptive therapy, paving the way for next‐generation ...

IntersectionR-torsion and analytic torsion for pseudomanifolds
For a closed Riemannian manifold the Reidemeister torsion equals the analytic torsion T [see \textit{J. Cheeger}, Ann. Math., II. Ser. 109, 259- 322 (1979; Zbl 0412.58026); \textit{W. Müller}, Adv. Math. 28, 233-305 (1978; Zbl 0395.57011)]. We construct a finer invariant, the intersection R-torsion \(I\tau\) for pseudomanifolds.

Selective Membrane for Non‐Aqueous Electrochemical Flow Cells
Sulfonated fixed charge functionalization is increased to improve the conductivity of a cation exchange membrane in a non‐aqueous electrochemical cell. Based on ex situ analyses, the material achieved the highest selectivity for this type of system to date.

Torsion of the Wandering Spleen
Wandering spleen, defined as a spleen without its usual peritoneal attachments, is a rare entity. We report a 34-year-old woman with acute abdomen due to torsion of the long vascular pedicle of a wandering spleen, displaced in the abdominal cavity, and ...

The NNR‐n series of oligomeric nanographenes delivers exceptional emission performance. This work shows that this performance is originated by their ladder‐type structure, which effectively deactivates low‐frequency vibronic modes. This deactivation neglects the main pathway for non‐emissive deactivation, even in the near‐infrared region. The potential
